Life has thrown me my share of turning points. Some arrived suddenly, others crept in quietly. And like many of the people I work with, I tried to manage them by doing what I’d always done: staying capable, staying composed, staying calm on the surface. Until that stopped working.
I know the experience of feeling steady one moment and strangely unanchored the next. Of realising that the usual strategies — overthinking, pushing through, tightening your grip — no longer bring the relief they used to. Of sensing that something deeper is asking for attention, even if you can’t yet name it.
That’s why I do this work.
My background includes more than 15 years in the corporate world, years of living and working abroad, and a lifelong curiosity about what drives us beneath the surface. I understand success, pressure, responsibility — and how easily identity becomes fused with performance.
Clients often tell me they feel seen in a way they’re not used to. I speak their language. I understand the culture they move in. And I meet them with presence, warmth, and a willingness to gently challenge the patterns keeping them stuck.
In our work together, we get curious about the internal world shaping your outer experience:
And from that curiosity, we begin to create space — space to feel, to reflect, to imagine, and to choose a different way forward.
I’m not the therapist who simply nods along. I’m here with you: engaged, attentive, and invested in your unfolding. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and you regain the freedom to respond to your life with clarity and intention — not habit or fear.
A story I often return to:
I tell the same joke to three friends.
One laughs. One cries. One feels angry.
Same moment. Three different reactions.
Our responses are shaped by who we are, what we’ve lived, and what still lives within us.
Therapy is where we gently trace those threads back — not to dwell, but to understand.
And from understanding, you begin to choose your path forward with far more alignment, grounding, and self-trust.
If you’re looking for a therapist who offers warmth, clarity, and gentle challenge — and who understands the complex worlds ambitious professionals live in — I’d love to hear from you.
